Those are eucalyptus. They grow like big dangerous weeds here.

I know that there are a few different varieties, not sure what ones these are. I guess I should do a little research into the trees up here. Kind of a interesting story I'd like to know more about.Interesting. Our euc’s look nothing like that, but are still super dangerous.
Gulp.Soooo my husband heard my rooster Eevee squawking up a storm and went to see why he was making so much noise.
He found a hawk sitting on top of my flat roof quail coop! When it saw my husband it flew up to the telecom line. Ugh…I’d been hopeful that my trees would provide enough cover to sneak by the hawks. Bird netting and a fake hawk are now on their way to me…my tiny silkies would be a nice and easy snack
I know! Boo! Will be worse when the trees lose their leaves in winter...ugh. It's just going to be a major pain to hang around the run the way that it's set up. Crepe myrtle trees are semi shrubby and they're really tall!Gulp.
What is that interesting old building next door? A neighbors house?Soooo my husband heard my rooster Eevee squawking up a storm and went to see why he was making so much noise.
