So many littles! How soon til your booth? You'll have your hands full til it's done! Butters is adorable . What a clever walking sling for NoHope! Amazing you've kept him going for so long and he really looks good for an invalid ...maybe he needs a last name. He could be NoHope Not or something.

I gave them an upgrade. I finally discovered an old trash can that's exactly the shape and size I wanted for my gravity feeder. I drilled the holes and mounted the feeder tubes on opposite sides of the receptacle. That way the top dog can't see that the wimpy chick is eating on the other side.

Got it filled and set up in the coop, and now they're all trained to use it.

I have two more of the tubes. If two for food is enough for the 8 chickens, I'll use one for grit now, and the other for oyster shells when they start laying.

I let broody Hei out of lockdown last eve and somewhere during the night or morning she made her way back to the nest box.... so not yet, but close. Back in the brooder she went
Had a full day yesterday and my flock missed me! What a mess!

Mo'o is doing well -3 teeth ♡. He is also in lockdown, so fur babies are bouncing around the yard like the good ol days b4 Mo started to bully them. Very nice. Mo is getting rehomed ♡.

Got sprinklers going on the lawn and deep watering the trees with well water. Can't believe how quickly things have dried and seared.

Going to put off spa day for a few more days till things settle.

So... This seems like a great way to say hi to everyone...

I treated bumble foot on a hen and un-tongue tied a pullet today.

First time for the bumble foot. Second time for the tongue problem, but it was more difficult this time around.

I'm exhausted, but satisfied. How are you all?
