O my gosh what a sweetheart! I think Oliver might let chicks do that...but none of my kids kitties would. They'd say playtime and the poor chicks would be lucky to see another day . Miyuki's pretty special

That is just too cute!
Elliot used to let Ferdy and Penelope bounce on him when they were chicks. They would pull his tail and steal clumps of fur - I think some cats know when babies are family.

Your chickens are bada**es!!! So glad you caught the attack and were able to assist in the battle. Could have very easily been much, much worse.

@@kurby22 outstanding job on the T. Very clever! Looks great!!! And the beeebies! Love the snuggle fest. My kitties would love to snuggle them right into their mouths, though respectfully afraid of the bigger chickens who protect the little fuzballs around here.

My flock is well and perfect and demanding and still perfect. Cute things that happened for me to witness. Second feral showed with her brood and introduced them to the flock. Super cute and a big todo for us all.

Thought Jellybeans wanted to steal her clutch and then somehow Tally ended up in the middle of the whole affair

Not to be confused with her sisters brood who now come up to me for food, and i have 2 eating out of my hands ♡ The power of bugs

They have over 20 chicks between the 2, plus the random 5 plus other random and abandoned I am now caretaking. Plus 2 feral broodies in my boxes. One just bites the crap outta me when I collect eggs.

I have been trying desperately to knock out bags. I have 2 stands semi filled and a good start on third stand. KHS let me know I am an important part of her store, so... gotta get her taken care of special ♡ just wish I had more qualified help.

Not just the orangutans that keep showing up to slow me down ...

I'm still enchanted with the feral chickens ... although when you mentioned numbers I suddenly realize what a burden it could be to feed them all!

I've been so kitten smitten that I haven't gotten much done in a while ...but the babies are almost 5 weeks, and while they're reluctant about weaning, they can go much longer between feeding now so it's time to get outside...renew my garden beds, do some planting, clean the chickens nest boxes and get the pea nests ready.
