Right now I'm making pancakes and sausages!

Mac and Cheese

I made an egg bake. Crumble cooked, drained pork sausage in the bottom of a 9X5 pan, top with backyard eggs, various shredded cheeses, and tator tots. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 until done.

Served with Siracha. Mmmmm good
