Spray a large mug with pam
2 fresh eggs from your coop
3 tsp milk
dash vanilla
beat 3 ingredients above in the mug

add 2 slices bread pieces

micro till done-usually a couple minutes

This morning DH had a bit of time before going to work so he fixed leftover dirty rice with a soft egg on top, sprinkled with cheese. And sourdough toast. YUM!

It was - mixed some cooked fresh chilli, apple and onions into the sausage meat - tasty indeed!
