For this morning's breakfast, I had an open-faced sandwich. Eggs, arugula, a pickle, and mayonnaise on sourdough.

This morning DH heated up some leftover dirty rice and topped it with a soft cooked egg. Add a piece of homemade bread toasted and you have a goooooood breakfast, lol!
