LOL!! My first one, ever!! This IHOP is soooo dang busy you have to wait for a seat..and that is after 6 laps around the parking lot and having a killer instinct for a parking space!! It was really, really good though, better than the same insides on a tortilla. I guess a crepe is mostly egg based? It really was good and I would eat it again. What did you put in yours in your class?
