What disease? Worms, or something else?

What really worries me is her habit of sort of throwing up water in the feeder and feed in the waterer.  What could this mean?

Her crop needs to be checked first thing in the morning to make sure its flat. Hopefully its nothing, however they can have impacted or sour crop.

Thanks for the link! I don't think that sour crop is the problem, though... my girl has been in this semi-sickly, semi-healthy state since we got her when she was 1 week old. I doubt that the chick was fed anything other than feed before then.

Has she been dewormed and treated for lice, mites? Was her crop flat before she ate in the morning? Fluid coming out of her mouth can be impaction crop as well.

I've checked her crop, and it was flat but properly filled like my other chickens'. I did some more research on coccidiosis, and I don't think Cloud has that, since chickens with cocci are usually "lethargic" and "have no interest in life". Cloud is the spunkiest of our chickens, and she's top of the unimportant pecking order among my three girls. She's always active, and she drinks and eats properly. I guess I could try deworming next...
