What diseases passed through eggs

For years i hear people say diseases can be passed through hatching eggs Id like to know which as not one person has said which .im not talking about eggs you eat only those that can affect your flock

Marek's disease does not pass through the eggs, but can be on the egg shell surface unless it's cleaned off. Mycoplasmas are passed from the hen into some of her eggs, and infect the chicks. Salmonella also.

"Vertically" is what you are looking for when it comes to passing it through to the egg.

Have you looked at the chart I linked above?
The last column shows the ones that can be transmitted to humans.

I did take a look thanks but it still doesn’t tell me if they can be passed from eating the eggs. I would assume yes but if some diseases do not show symptoms in the chickens it worries me. Oh well Live and learn I guess, I still have long time before my girls start laying anyway. Thanks again
