what do i do if my chicks are pecking at each other

there about 7 week old now almost 2 months old but i really dought it because ther only 3 4ths of a fott tall but they have all ther feathers

If they are 8 weeks old, and you have not kept them at 90 to 100 degrees under a light, I'd say put them outside now! If you have them kept at 90degrees and it is 50 outside at night, acclimate them over a few days to ambient temp. and them put them out asap. Do not put them on the ground from the brooder in cold wet weather, without hardening them off like you would do a plant, being transplanted.

Unless it's very cold, I have the heat off by week 5 but I give them lots of room away from heat which they seem to like more than heated space.
Just like a mother hen.
 
Make sure they go into the coop at night and lock them in for the night. The coop should be draft free at night. It will take a little time to get them used to going into the coop at night, just keep putting them up at night until they get it.
 
ya dont worry i always put them in at night and it doesnt get very cold in the winer it only gets as low as 50 degrees at night and 60 durring the day only if its cold
