What do I do on the 21st day of incubation for duck eggs?

Hello all,
I am on my 21st day of incubation(for duck eggs) and I was wondering: When should I change the temperature and humidity level and how much should I change it to?

There is nothing different that you need to do on day 21. However, at day 25, you'll need to stop turning the eggs and increase the humidity to 60-70%. The temperature does not need to be changed.
