What do i do to enter in a county fair?

Do i need to be npip im in CA. Does it require any money cages do i have to go and add water and feed everyday?

goin ur local 4h bird must be plorum free tested 90 days be for shown or npip u must be there clean and feed water birds several time a day our make u suply ur own feeders

California has no testing requirements for exhibition. Most western states do not. Shows suppply cages. Call and ask the superintendant about food and water. Ours takes care of it, but not all do. Probably depends on how long the birds are there.
