one of the chicks in my incubator has hatched and it's just lying down, am I allowed to move it into the brooder or should I just leave it? Thanks in advance!

Leave it in the incubator. If you open it to take it out , the heat will escape the bator and that could lead to the other eggs having late hatches or not hatching at all. I usually wait until the others have hatched. The longest would be 2-3 days.
