What do I do with all the chicken poo?

i am having so much trouble with my chicken poop. I have been throwing it out into my pasture but im starting to think that it is a very bad idea. I do not have a compost pile. I do not have a bin either. To make a compost pile do i just pick a spot and then dump all of my poop there. If i did this could i eventually put it in my pasture if it has sat there for a while???? I have researched everything that i can think of and I cannot seem to find any help.
