From my hatch? Should I dry them out in the oven and add them to my compost bin/ feed to the hens (they normally eat them out of the compost bin) or just throw them away?

Definitely compost.
Right now I have a BUNCH of saved eggshells in the solar oven to heat them up and get rid of any bacteria (and make them more brittle--easier to crush into tiny pieces) then I'm going to grind them up with a mortar and pestle and spread them all around my tomato plants. Hopefully the extra calcium will help prevent blossom end rot. So, that's another idea too...

I never thought about bacteria. But after mine dried out in the incubator, I threw them in the yard and chopped them up with the lawn mower for the chickens. May have been a bad thing?

I've given them 'raw' eggshells many times before without issue, I'm just being overly cautious. I know a lot of folks throw them in the microwave for 20 seconds for the same reason.
