My qual has been like this for about 8 hours and sometimes opens and closes its mouth. Does anyone know what the best thing to do is?

My qual has been like this for about 8 hours and sometimes opens and closes its mouth. Does anyone know what the best thing to do is?

i always worry that hatching is taking too long, but 8 hours isn't unreasonable. it is resting after making its air hole, chicken eggs can take up to 36 hours to finish hatching. i haven't hatched quail in a while but it could take a few more hours to finish hatching.
