What do I do?

My brooding hen has left the nest to care for her older chicks. Today, one egg cracked...probably from the pirate hens who nest in her box. And a chick was visible. I have a heat lamp...could i put it over the eggs and get them to hatch? I realize I will be a full time mama bird for forever....AGAIN!
But i want those birds to have a chance. Help!!

How many eggs are left and how long have they been left?
Have you candles the eggs to make sure they're viable? Can you right up an incubator?

@nuthatched , eggs were sat on last night. About 5 max. Am candling them now. Incubater is up and running.
