i hatched some orpiongtons out of my incubator and one litle runt still looks really weak and bare and oh yeah its ben almost a week since hes been hatched what do i do to get em stronger:/

Add sugar or honey to their water. It is an energy boost. Also you can go get polyvisol with iron at just about any supermarket or pharmacy in the vitaman section. Put a drop in its beak. Fish roe is really high in protein and good for chickens.

If you do the poly-visol you need the kind without iron. Some chicks just don't thrive no matter what you do for them.
