What do I have here?

These are 6 months old and half the size of the other chickens I have. What are they?

Not the best picture - but what I can see would have me leaning towards bantam Easter Eggers

Are their faces feathered as they appear in the picture? The legs look greenish/grey - is that accurate?

faces appear to be feathered and feet are white on the back but the front are darker. Green or gray I suppose
