What do I have?!

I raised this chicken since it was a baby and I can't seem to figure out if it's male/female and I have no idea what breed this is. It's about 4 months old

breed...I have no idea. He/she doesn't seem to have high tail...sorry I'm not much help

So you do think that it is a roo? Just curious how can you tell?

He has hackle feathers and saddle feathers coming in that are rooster shaped instead of hen shaped.
