WHAT DO I NEED NEXT FOR MY EXPECTING CALLS?

LAST NIGHT WAS A DISASTER.mum was disturbed about 12 and would not go back on the eggs,just ran around calling like mad,had to put her in the house with the others and take the eggs inside.i put the eggs on a towel on a hot water bottle as i hadnt got a brooder.6.30 this morning,2 babies dead half out of shell and 2 others cracking but not out.today they have been kept warm and 1 is out,not standing and looking nackered,the other the bill is through but not out yet.the shells seem hard and dry and i wandered if this waswhy i lost the others.dont fancy going through this again,poor ducks
