What do I need to know when they hatch?

What do I need to do when (if) my pheasant chicks hatch?
How do ya'll brood? I was thinking about putting them out in the pheasant house with a draft block and the heating lamp. I also have a guinea pig cage I can brood them in inside the house (did this when I got my chicken chicks), but I prefer to do it in the pheasant house.
Do they need medicated feed or non-medicated? 24%?

Doesn't matter where you brood as long as their needs are met

1. heat source, this can be a hot spot such as a heat lamp with temps above 95 degrees in one spot and let the chicks pick their comfort spot as needed, or whole room heat at 90 degrees and lowered weekly.. both need to be draft free. no drafts

2 feed 28% nonmedicated or higher

3 fresh water

4 ample room..
