Yep yep and yep but there is a unusual fluff loss on one of my pullets is it normal ?

Depends - is one of your others picking? My Leghorns would peck at the other's bottoms, but not pull feathers. Never figured out why. Remember each chick is an individual and will develop at her own pace. I've got one that is smaller than the others. But all are healthy.

Also, the Leghorns are growing faster than the other breeds, but are supposed to be the smallest. Explain that one to me, please.

No one is pecking her she's always been really small and her but is really hair less is there a disease or a treatment.

Looks like a normal chick belly to me. Chick down can only cover so much, it's not like fur.
