what do my chicks need

No wormer. Just water.

I'd suggest you read in the Learning Center about caring for chicks..

Welcome to BYC!

Congrats on the new chicks! Nope, no wormer yet. Just keep them warm, starting the heat around 90 to 95 degrees as hatchlings, and lower the heat 5 degrees each week for 6 weeks. Keep the heat off to one side, and the food and water off on the other side so they have cool spots in the brooder and have to leave the heat to get to the goods. Keep the thermometer on the floor right under the lamp. Change their water daily and raise it up if they are pooping in it. Same with the feeder. Keep the brooder clean and dry.

As Judy has mentioned, you might stop by this article on taking care of your chicks....

Inside my brooder last January 2014 I use Turkey Grow and put
Save-A-Chick in the water day one and never again after that
I use Probiotic & Electrolyte in the water for the rest of the week
and Medicated Chick Starter I mix with the Turkey Grow first week
and just Turkey Grow after that ....

Oh a hard boiled egg mashed and served and what the chicks
do not finish in fifteen minutes go's to the bigger chickens the
egg has niacin and vitamin B-12 ....
