hi guys! i have a 4 day old silkie chick and boy does she get spoiled! i hold her a LOT and even have a make-shift "chick carrier" that i put her in so she won't be lonely in her box. she will most likely be my house chicken...anyway, she was the only hatch outta 14 eggs! (lots were porous, and they had been shipped) she has 4 friends, but they're almost a month old. i have introduced her to them and they are good to her.....my question is, she is a yellow ball of fluff....typical chick color i guess. the eggs i bought were suppose to have an assortment of colors. i think she's gonna be a white silkie or a splash silkie. i'm wondering what splash silkies look like as babies?
