What do the little green words by the avatar mean?

Okay, so this isn't so much an intro as a question, as I've been on here over a week and a half now. But I wasn't sure where to post this, so figured since the reason I didn't know is probably because I'm new I decided to post it here.
By the avatar, there are little green words. Like, mine says out of the brooder...it used to say 'new chick' or something like that...what made it change and what does it mean? Does it have to do with the number of posts?
Any input is appreciated!

Hello Madam. The green words are called the "user title". If you go to the FAQ's, and search for the question about "user title" it'll show you the brakedown of how many posts you have to make before your user title changes. You have posted 117 times, so that puts you in the category of "out of the brooder". I hope this helped.
