So I have 9 baby chicks that are 12 days old. 2 Barred Rocks, 2 EE, 2 Welsummers, and 3 Buff Orpingtons. Of the 3 Orps, one has a ton of wing feathers and long tail feathers. The other 2 Orps have tiny little wing feathers and no tail feathers at all. (All the other breeds have lots of feathers on wings and tails, too). Do you think this means the two Orps are Roos? Also, one of them just today seems to have a reddish bumpy comb peeking out on top!

I ordered four orpington pullets and one cockerel, and I ended up with two cocks and three pullets. From my experience with my five chicks, yes, I would say you probably have two slower developing orpington cocks. Here's a few pics...

The 3 1/2 week old here turned out to be a rooster.

And here's my REALLY slow developer. He turned out a rooster too.

Thank you very much, Suyoder. I appreciate you posting the pics and answering my question, even though it's not the answer I was hoping for.
