I thought the baby was dead. It is day 24. no peeping, no rocking rolling, no movement, nothing. Opened air cell and saw the beek and remove the membrane just at beek, started to open and close beek, still no sound but breathing. what do I do. the blood vessels are still pretty visible so I know its not ready to come out. Do i just continue to wet membane every couple hours and then assit with hatch if it doesnt come out? PLEASE HELP. any advice is appreciated.

leave it in the egg, if you see it breathing labored, it is because it is getting used to the outside air. check on it again in 6,12 twelve hrs,

Agree with gimmie birdies, you have to let it be since it still has veins and unabsorbed yolk. The little egg will decided whether or not it can live, all you can do it keep your humidity and temp up and hope for the best, good luck.
