what do u think of this law?

how do u see this law? if are chickens are "pets" would this by pass this law? or does the part were it says u cant have them over rule it? also are there any good info packets u can get to go and try to change the laws? something with a good amount of info in it.

No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot or Parcel of Land. except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose.

I think it means no poultry. Try to get it changed or ask for an exception.

It means to include poultry, but it sounds to me like the language is a little ambiguous... If you say, had a few clucks in your yard as "house pets" and didn't use them for commercial purposes you might be able to get away with it. After all, there are plenty of people keeping "pet livestock" within formerly restricted areas such as pygmy goats, pot bellied pigs and miniature horses. *shrug*
