Blondie is a Rhode Island Red, and looks like it could be a boy, but it's not super obvious, so I'm going to say pullet for now.
The one in pic number two looks like Maybe an Old English Game bantam, and definitely a cockerel.
Owlie is an Easter egger pullet.
Expresso is also an Easter Egger pullet.
Kilo, as you said, is a silkie. Too early to sex though.
Monarch, as you said, is a Sebright. Can you post some pictures clearly showing the comb? Nothing is screaming cockerel as far as I can see though.
Midnight, again, as you said, is a Silver Laced Wyandotte. She is a pullet.

They all appear to be around 5-6 weeks old.

Could Expresso be older? She's almost as big as midnight

Update:
2 roosters (Monarch and Comb).
If Comb is an old English game bantam he didn't get the fighting genes the internet says they have.
Monarch (the Sebright) just beat the crap outta Comb.
That being said, when Comb runs away from Monarch is it okay for me to step in since Comb has submitted?

Don't step in unless one of them is getting seriously injured. They need to establish which one of them will be in charge. You just have to let them do their thing.

Oops. I stepped in after I watch Monarch chase Comb after I plainly could tell Comb had submitted.
Comb has been keeping his distance from the flock (which breaks my heart) but they all still sleep together in a birdie pile.
