It sounds like you need to visit your local "big box" hardware store (Lowe's, Home Depot) and have a chat with some of the building professionals there. I suggest using some plastic house wrap and then covering the outside with some kind of siding. Additionally, you'll want some kind of roofing material -- cheap shingles and tar paper, or a metal or plastic corrugated roof are some good options that will last you for a while.

Are you going to want to walk around inside your coop? 4x4x4 seems extremely small, even for only a couple chickens.

What state do you live in and what are the winter weather conditions like?

Make it tall enough and big enough for yourself, too. Chickens benefit from 15 sq feet if raised in a winter zone, and you'll be bundled up to care for them. One aspect of cop construction is bird safety/comfort, but don't forget who does the chores...
