what do you all do with eggs

My family's favorite egg heavy recipe is Dutch Babies. I double it, so it takes 8 eggs.



DUTCH BABIES:

4 eggs-whip 1 min in blender, gradually add 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp vanilla

While other ingredients are blending melt 1/4 cup butter in a casserole dish in 400 degree oven. Pour batter over melted butter and bake 20-30 min.

Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar and jam.
