What do you do to welcome new neighbors?

We have never had a new neighbor here. This couple has three kids and moved in yesterday. We haven't met yet but they're busy and stressed.

I was thinking brownies and apple crisp since it's a holiday weekend and she probably doesn't have time to bake. What do you do?

I would give them a list of .... Here's what I do, get used to it.

Last time I had nieghbors move in, I went over and helped them move furniture. Nothing like a strong back showing up, when you are on your last leg.
