What do you do with a roo (when you're not allowed to have one)?

I don't know Brahmas, but have a speckled sussex, and think yours can still be a pullet. Mine had a rooster-y looking tail at first. Now she's one of my best layers. It's the hackle and saddle feathers that will get pointy.
Keep posting pics, as they get older.
I sold my extra cockerels at a local poultry swap. There are 2 or 3 within driving distance here.

Your birds are only 7 weeks old. My cockerels are 15 weeks old and not a single crow to be heard. I believe they don't start crowing until around 5 months of age. You have time! Don't panic!
I ended up with 2 cockerels and 9 pullets. I am not in your situation where I must rehome any cockerel/rooster but I'm going to play it by ear (excuse the pun!) and see how these boys get on when the hormones hit the fan. But I have a lovely person who will take one of the boys should I need to remove one from my flock. And I found her right here on BYC!
Good luck!

A hen will crow?! Oh wow, now I'm REALLY confused!! :barnie
While it is possible for a hen to crow, the vast majority do not and never will. Just because you have a female only flock doesn't mean a hen will suddenly start crowing instead.

Most crowing hens are older, and have some sort of reproductive disorder. I've had a small number of them. Some will crow briefly while molting but stop once they start laying again. I do currently have a renegade Orp hen that despises the cockerels. She crows occasionally, but she is a definite anomoly in 20 years of keeping chickens. I don't think a crowing female is something for you to be concerned about.

I would watch the Brahma though.

If you don’t get more responses here try a separate thread with the photos. Someone more knowledgeable than me can step in BUT I’m pretty sure those three rows of comb on the Brahma mean boy. Pea combs should have one row for girl and three for boys. If you search here for “pea comb cockerel” you’ll find threads with people explaining the difference.

Good news! An old Peace Corps friend who runs a farm in PA is willing to take in my Light Brahma probably-a-cockerel Ruth! I can't tell you how relieved I am - it's really the best outcome I could have imagined. They currently have no rooster, and several hens and ducks already. They had a rooster that turned too aggressive to their young daughter at 1.5 years old and had to cull (I told them I understand the same could happen to my baby roo and I'm ok with that). Now I just have to wait to see what my Speckled Sussex Emma has in store for me if it's a pullet or cockerel (seems it's still just too early for definitive answers)... By the way, today I posted on: Craigslist, Rescue Me, emailed the local ag extension, 4-H club, several cold calls to some local farms/sanctuaries. Thank you all for such a warm, helpful, and welcoming community! I couldn't do this alone :)

Out of my 7 eggs 3 tuned out to be roosters and by the time they were 7 weeks they started to "crow" but it most likely a weird sound that sounded like a sick animal trying to cough or drunk sing. lol The point is that I had an extra "bachelor pad" for the 2 of them in case they became to rough. So far everything is good but I'm ready to relocate them if that's the case. I have heard that some people will do that when it comes to roosters, look into that. Maybe someone out there might have an extra space for yours.
