Never heard of it so I just had to go Google it right now. Sounds absolutely wonderful. Will be looking up a recipe to try for myself.

You know, somewhere around here is a recipe contest and as far as I know it’s still open. Search for “Recipe Contest” and it may just pop up. It’s been going on for a couple of years and they haven’t yet reached the number they were using for the cut-off. Maybe a new, fresh recipe will reawaken the thread.

Well, phooey! I didn’t know it was over and don’t even know who won! I should have, with my fabulous Deviled Eggs recipe! Guess that one was a little too hard to take seriously.

what to do with all those extra eggs... after giving them away, and eating them didn't get rid of them all I started adding eggs to table scraps and feeding it back to the chickens with the egg shells crushed and mixed in. From time to time I do have a surplus and this gets rid of them fast. I also would feed eggs to my cat until he got sick of eggs.
