Most of my coturnix are about the same size, but I have two or three that are literally less than half the size of the others, maybe a third the size. Obviously, they won't be breeders, but will they eventually fill out enough to eat, or are they destined to be puny forever? If so, what do I do with them? I hate to off them for no other reason than they are small and I don't know any snake owners. Any suggestions?

A While Back There Was A Post On Here That Covered "runting/stunting" In Quail. Do A Search For It As I Recall It Was Pretty Good Reading... Personally If They Make It To Adulthood They Seem To Catch Up .... Here Anyways.

I Say If Becuase Many Times There Are Specific Reasons They Are Smaller-- Congenital Defects And Whatnot, If Thats The Case They Often Dont Make It To Adulthood

You Could Always Breed Them Back To Each Other And Start A New Line Of "mini Quail"
