Eat the eggs. Pickled is my favorite.
Eat the quail. Pan fried is my favorite.
Sell the eggs. $4 doz is my favorite. San Diego rate. Phoenix rate is $2 doz.
Sell the quail. $5 per bird is my favorite. San Diego rate. Phoenix rate is $4 per adult bird.

Keeping quail for pets is all part of the deal. I give them what they want (feed and water and shelter) and they give me peace of mind and great food.
