Not a grey; it may be blue partridge--I'd need a closer look at the feathers to tell. If it is I would have to say cockerel--I just don't see indications of penciling like I would expect on a pullet. However, as I said I am NOT at all sure. Since she is blue something, paired with splash, all offspring will have any black feathers diluted to either blue or splash.
Since the feathers are not silkie, offspring will be either 50/50 if she carries a hidden copy of silkie (H+/h) or 100% not silkie but carrying a hidden copy.
