I made two raised garden beds this year and just planted: corn, carrots, lettuce, oregano, chives, basil, and mint.

This is my first year planting vegetables and herbs, I doubt I will eat any of it. I just kind of wanted to experiment with it, any ideas on what to do with all my stuff once its fully grown?

Sam,

Good Luck on your garden..Maybe you could also give some to your friends and relatives..There's nothing better than
veggies from your own garden..

Once you try things straight from your garden you will probably not want to buy from a store.
Such a difference.
If you're still at a lose as to what to do with it though, how about donating to a local food bank. There's a lot of people who could use it and would really appreciate your kindness.

We freeze and can EVERYTHING!!

Put up a sign or poster for fresh food - might get takers. I also sell some of my produce to a local country store - some things just fly out of the store. Chickens love lettuce and corn. I dried all my neighbours extra corn and gave a bit each day to the girls as treats, they love it. Or I cut up the cobs in segments so each girl gets her own piece so there is no fighting and all get a treat.

Yeah, just like Acre

We find that our local food pantry is tickled pink to receive fresh food, so much so that we usually plant extra just to be sure we'll have some to bring them.

Yup. Local Salvation Army Shelter gets all my "extra" veggies and eggs. I took them 12 dozen eggs one day, thought kitchen lady was gonna cry. All she could say was, "Fresh eggs for Sundy breakfast, Fresh eggs for Sunday breakfast"
