What do you liked to make as a special treat with your chicken eggs?

As a special treat this morning I treated myself to a Dutch Baby. Thanks to the wonderful eggs I'm getting now from my 4 chickens. I was just wondering what everyone else did as a special treat.

Wow, that looks really good. I like to make angelfood cake (takes 12 egg whites!) and Yorkshire pudding (not at the same time, LOL). I will have to give the Dutch baby a try.
