So what do you look for in a quality mash?
I am wanting to do crumbles versus pellets once I get some of my own chicks. And I had wanted to stay away from Southern States. So the guy at the feed store suggested Winner 16% all mash layer, which is 16% protein.
I couldn't find a local mill unfortunately.
