Very pretty - great workI love all types of Arts and Crafts. My most recent project, paper flowers. It was so much fun.
You tat? It’s so rare to come across anyone else that does this. Yours are awesomeIdo a bit of knitting - just getting ready to knit a headband/ear warmer for a Christmas gift. I wish I could crochet. Shuttle tatting is a favourite of mine - some pics of some pieces I have made this year. The doily is 12 inches. The snowflakes/tree ornaments range in size from 2 to 4 inches (I usually give the ornaments as gifts, and don't tend to keep many for myself.

A neighbour taught me to needle tat about 10 years ago. (I started out with size 10 thread and size 5 needle, then went to smaller thread size 20 and thinner size 8 needle). My thinner needles always bent in no time, but I have no problem using them - I don't buy more until they break on me. I've mostly needle tatted during that time, until this year when I challenged myself to just shuttle tat. There are lots of very helpful tatting groups on facebook and great tutorials for needle and shuttle on You Tube. Georgia Seitz beginner tatting series is very good (both for needle and shuttle). Here's a picture of a choker and earrings I needle tatted a few years ago with my bent needles. You tat? It’s so rare to come across anyone else that does this. Yours are awesome. Ive only made a few things before I bent my needles
. How did you learn the shuttle method? I have some, but don't know how to use them.
Thank you!Wow! Those are incredibly intricate.Beautiful!
