But if you don't spend money of cartons since people won't give them back won't it be the same if you use something else?So you've got a lot of eggs and you want to give them away but don't want to buy containers you'll likely never get back.
What do you put the eggs in so they won't break?
This is what I do, too! I use the clear cartons to show off the egg colors. If someone wants some of your eggs for free, perhaps say something like, "Hey, if you bring me and empty egg carton, I'll give it back to you full of eggs!"
Or chuck them at that one really annoying neighbor's house.I buy the cartons at TS (69 cents locally) for my own and giving use. I accept donations to offset cost. I have to do something with extra eggs...either give to people I like or dump in woods for wildlife.
I didn't hear anything and I can't throw that far.Or chuck them at that one really annoying neighbor's house.
...Er, that was my "out loud" voice, wasn't it?
Same story here.If someone wants some of your eggs for free, perhaps say something like, "Hey, if you bring me and empty egg carton, I'll give it back to you full of eggs!"
