My favorite out of these options is probably sausage, pepperoni, and olives. Either that or pineapple and ham!

You forgot bacon. The 'murican kind. My ideal pie is canadian bacon/ham, bacon, mushrooms, and a mild italian sausage with a red sauce and a mix of mozz, parm/reggiano, and feta cheese. A straight Pepperoni is also good.
