What do you sprout?

What do you sprout? What have you tried that your chickens liked or didn't like.

I have tried sunflower and wheat grass and my girls never took to them. I started sprouting alfalfa and they love it! Now I am interested in other experiences and what others sprout so I can try them.

I can imagine they would love alfalfa sprouts. Nice tender forb.

I've grown fodder from wheat, barley, oats, sunflower and buckwheat.
Barley was easiest and most readily consumed. Sunflower was pretty easy too.
They didn't seem to like the buckwheat as much but they do eat it when it is grown in the field.
Oats, for some reason, don't work well for fodder.
