Are the hens Black cooper marans or black stars laying brown eggs but not dark brown and they don't have feathered legs

I think you have Black sex-links (Black Stars).

With the white skin, the hens are probably hatchery quality Marans (not going to lay the dark brown eggs like ones from good lines). The rooster is a mixed breed.
