I am planning on getting a broody and picking out some eggs for her to sit on. I was thinking of silkies, marans, cochins, wyandottes. There will only be one of each except for the silkies which will probably be two. Many of these are known to go broody. Out of your experience do you think that they do? And do you think it is wrong if they will not be able to sit on eggs anyway?
