I was sold two "Buckeyes" at the state fair, however after looking around online it looks as if I have two RIR's. She is a she for sure cuz she just started laying eggs! YIPPEE

Hi,
I noticed her comb it is not the comb of a buckeye. They are a pea comb breed. I suggest a new hampshire red. Though it is hard to tell by your photos. I have both Rhode Island Reds and New Hampshire Reds.
The New Hampshires are a lighter red. Both are good brown egg layers.
