I have a lot of questions on quail incubators and this is my first time and I want to see what y'all would recommend. I heard of an hoverbord idk but how do you move the eggs if the incubator is still? Well please help thanks. :)

Your refering to still air. Which means there is no fan in it.
I opted for one with a fan. and no turner. Because that is what I could afford.
Some of them come with turners or you can add the turner later.

It has the clear top so you can peer in without opening it and loosing preciuos humidity and temp.
It has a fan so the temperature is more regulated without hot spots.
It has a set temperature so there is no messing with trying to get it to the right temperature.
It costs a little more but the amount of eggs you hatch will make up for that quickly.

Brinsea's work well, but very hard to keep humidity.

With the Brinsea 20 Eco you don't need to bother with humidty. For the 1st 14 days, fill one chamber 1/2 water near the vent hole. For 15-16 days (lock down), add a piece cloth as a wig which dip into both water chambers and hang some under the plastic tray about 2-2.5" on 1 side (1 side-quail, both side- chicken). Then fill water almost full for both chamber. I have my chicken hatched on 20th and quail on 16th days that why the lock down 1 day early than most folks. I am using the small drinking straw to add water during the incubation period. I only open when want candle, add cloth, and remove metal dividers for lock down. The key there is only open once or twice during the incubation. There is no temperature probe or humidity gauge inside the incubator. I am doing this method for few years. I do use the small meat thermometer to check now and then through the vent hole to make sure the temperature is within the range. The temperature only adjust once when first get the incubator and left its alone.
