Mom was a Quail Antwerp Belgian, and yes, he is a bantam. My other chicken had the same black frizzle dad, but mom was a Black Australorp. She came out a bantam size and looks pretty much just like a black frizzle except she has a green sheen to her feathers and more of a tail.
